 வண்ண மயில் ஆடுது 

காண மேகங்கள் கூடுது 

வாழ்த்துக் கூறி வானமும் 

வெள்ளி காசு வீசுது.

மண்ணின் மனம் அங்கே பரவுது

குளத்தில் நீரும் நிறையிது

தவளை அங்கே குதிக்குது 

காட்டின் வளம் கொழிக்குது

வண்ண மயில் ஆடுது 

காண மேகங்கள் கூடுது 

வாழ்த்துக் கூறி வானமும் 

வெள்ளி காசு வீசுது.
